PAYMENT REFUNDS

payment is made and verifiable by us, we will be able see whether
download is successful or not, and if not, successful assistance will be
offered promptly through your registered mail address. In situations where
a product has been paid for and downloaded by the user of the account, a
refund of payment for the product may not be possible.
